Looking at buying a very clean BLK/TAN 1998 C2S w/21K miles, leather & CD. Perfect condition and all records. What are these selling for now? Any recent examples or input appreciated.

Last time when I was shopping for a 996, I had a few attractive offers from dealers all over the place. BTW, you can specify the model, color, etc, of the car that you are looking for...

The C2S and C4S are definitely bringing big $ - more than they deserve in my opinion (Around $55k for the one you mentioned above). For far less, you can have a very nice 993 C2 (these are quicker and faster than a C2S because of less weight and better aerodynamics) or for a bit more a 993TT (if you're a purist, you can disconnect the front driveshaft).
