Weird: http://www.autoblog.com/2010/03/11/alleged-patent-images-for-porsche-panamera-convertible-turn-up/
Growing up, my buddy drove his Grandfather's 64 Lincoln Continental 4-Door (Suicide doors) Convertible (top folded into the trunk). Last time I rode in it was about 25 or 30 years ago.

If I owned the concept car, I'd strip everything out of it from behind the driver's seat back, including the trunk door - and then put a mattress back there. Then I'd pick up middle-aged hippie women so we could flop out on our backs and stare up at the stars, reciting cosmic poetry. Far out!
