can anyone tell me the fair marker value for 96 c4 with 90k miles? 97 targa with 35k miles?
in your opinion which one is a better car? thanks in advacne for any info and comments.
p.s. i know to the pursits 993 c2s is probably the better car excluding the turbo's and the gt's but i have limited budget.

Sorry I can't answer your question except that age old rule to buy the latest model you can afford taking mileage into consideration. If someone has a copy of Excellence with Bruce Andersons reviews of the 993 pricing, that would help. Sorry I don't have issues at my disposal. About the only thing I can remember is that there were some leaking problems with the Targa, and of course there was the infamous wiring harness safety recall. I do know that 993s are more in demand than other series for obvious reasons. You might want to look at a 93-94 964 as an alternative.
Personally I dont' care for the Targa's C pillar looks relative to the rest of the car. Like the hardtop on a 996, it just doesn't look like a 'tradtional' looking Porsche.
